Take 5 Car Wash

It is not an easy car wash to get in and out of!!!! Good grief the process to actually buy a car wash takes each car like 15 minutes. There is nobody there to get you in to the car wash like at the other location. What an ordeal to get your car washed!! THEN it broke down once I got inside the car wash! Between trying to get into the car wash and through it it took 30 mins.

This place used to always run perfectly … came back after a few months and only 1 row of vacuums were open …. ( they had cones blocking them , no idea why) … clearly more cars looking for vacuums … 2 employees just standing there next to the register doing nothing . Decided to not vacuum the car …. Went thru ever wash , came out the other side and ZERO towels to dry . …. Walked to the office and looked inside and waved for help. The manager was just sitting behind the computer . .. after 10 min … another employee handed me towels and I went on my way . This has gone down . Might think about cancelling our monthly service and going someone where else for our cars .

This place is a disaster! From mgt all The way down. Most of the time a good number of the vacuum cleaners don’t work. The towels are not there. The other day my truck’s right side mirror was damaged / broken. On the way out of the car wash machine it rocked my truck sideways. A person in charge told me to file a report so the manager can follow up / call me the next day. Nobody called. I called and called and nobody ever answers. I’m left a voice message that next day and nobody return the call. I waited another full day and nobody contacted me. I had to go and talk to them personally. The assistant manger told me that someone put my complaint in the wrong place and nobody saw it. I asked about my voice mail. He said only the manager can checked them. He does not know why he did not call me back.

Haven’t been here since the new management and definitely will not be going back. I came on 11/6 and I came here specifically because I wanted to clean the inside of my car. Well, most of the vacuums don’t work. Every single spray bottle with their “interior cleaner” and window cleaner was empty. And the worst part- before they changed management, they had a machine to wash the car mats. Guess what they have now? A mop and a hose with some soap. I genuinely could not believe my eyes when the employee pointed at the ground to these things when I asked how I clean my mats. Definitely better off going to a gas station car wash, it’ll do a better job and be half the price. Don’t come here.

UPDATE: There was a response to my review. Vacuums ARE EVEN WORSE than they used to be. It seems that the majority of the vacuums operate at much less power than they used to or they are completely non-functional. It is common to see someone pull up to a vacuum and then move their vehicle because the vacuums don't work - sometimes on both sides! Clearly, upper management and/or ownership is just milking the business and not spending money for upkeep on the vacuum system. Makes me think they are not keeping up the exterior wash equipment which could possibly cause vehicle damage. Went downhill quickly. Staff is usually friendly. An employee told me there is new ownership, and it shows. The vacuums are consistently clogged, disconnected, do not work, etc. Some vacuums function, but only with a fraction of the suction power that they used to. This location has two washing tunnels, but rarely are both tunnels open. Lines can build up, but only one tunnel is open. Perhaps the owners/management are squeezing every bit of profit they can squeeze out of it by cutting back expenditures.

I'm not sure what changed at this location but the wash quality is now ZERO. The first time I went through I specifically asked for a wash that included underbody to get dirt off after a road trip. The wash didn't clean wheel wells, front dam and other lower areas of the car. It didn't even get the bug residue off my windshield. I contacted customer service and they gave me their super-duper wash to make up for the first failure. The super-duper wash left globs of grease on my windshield, hood and fender. I'm guessing they hired Brandon to grease their equipment - someone brain dead. I've haven't heard back after the second failure but guessing my complaint went straight to the circular file.
